wow easter, really, has it been that long?

Whats up to anybody who checks up on me from time to time. I don't know why I havent blogged in a bit, just lazy I guess. Anybody still out there? I've been doing school and work thats about it. Caryl went to Ireland with some girlfriends this past summer. Soph is cute as ever and in preschool. Dex is so funny, but always getting into trouble, usually because of his sister. Anyways, just uploaded some pictures that I planned on adding back in april, but my slow internet connection wouldnt allow me to update at the time. hope you enjoy. ttystig (that's talk to you some time i guess...incase you were wondering :p)

Good Tidings my friends,
I hope all is going well. Our household is quite a bustle these days. What with Soph finishing her dance class for the season, and gearing up for her 1st t-ball season! Dex is running a muck, and not feeling the least bit bad about it. We're getting ready to take a trip to Florida and go camping on the beach. Caryl just got her passport and is inching closer and closer every day to her Ireland escape! The biggest news would have to be the fact that we are in the process of securing a loan to purchase the property we're currently living on from the in-laws. This is a huge step for us, and puts us as homeowners, and another step closer to building up with the house. It's not going to be an overnite deal, we're still aways away from construction, but this step has been a long time coming. I have never uploaded a video on here yet, so I'll give it my best shot. Caryl bought me a camcorder for my b-day, and I took some film of Soph at dance class. I hope it comes through ok. Let me know what you think of my little ballerina! later peeps :)

Hello everybody! There has been no real reason why I haven't posted lately. I've just been lazy i guess. I was sitting here thinking about all my friends and family and how I had a whole bunch of pictures I haven't shared since christmas. So, for your viewing pleasure, I present the above slide show. I hope you like. The close ups of Soph's face are after her sleding accident. She went face first into a picinic bench! The other pics are from christmas and the kids b-day party.

Happy Holidays!

Well, its that time of year again, huh? My how the time just flies. The Bartlett family would like to take a small moment to wish you and your's the happiest of holidays, and we're not afraid to say it, either, but Merry Christmas! And what ever your faith or lack there of please note the meaning and not the words themselves. Warmest wishes from our family to yours!
We had a pretty nice uneventful Thanksgiving, no new babies or 5ks being ran. We just camped out at the in-laws. We made 3 turkeys, but only carved into 1! Other than that, just food, football, family, and booze completed our day. Caryl managed to wake up @3am the next morning to try and take advantage of some Black Friday deals. I woke up, loaded the kids into the car to go to the sitters, and spent the next 1/2 hour on the side of the road chaning a flat tire. That was about the extent of our excitement. We're looking forward to Christmas time. I hung the lights at my mother's house yesterday, and Soph was very excited to see them. Dex is letting go and standing now. We're guessing he'll probably be taking his first steps around christmas time.
Congrats to Sam and Susan, and welcome Mr. Spencer Wallace to the Family of Friends! What a handsome boy. Lynn and Mike are next I guess, huh? What an exciting time for you guy. I can't wait to meet the new ones!
I'm finishing up my first semester at Webster, and so far so good. The courses aren't overly tough and its another step closer to that piece of paper.
