We are here!

Well, well, well, what do we have here. It seems like the gang is all here. This is my first of many blogs, so hopefully you'll be back to visit to hear whats going on at the Bartlett house! Ms. Talley was checking sam and susans blogspot at work one day, as I was walking by she grabbed me and showed me how you all are staying connected. I thought this would be really fun, so here I am.
So heres the poop on us so far! I have started to chase my associate of arts degree again, and I just squeeked through the last algebra class I'll ever, ever, have to take and I am thrilled. I only have about 12 credit hours left til I graduate from SCCC. Then it will be off to Maryville, or Webster for my bachelors. Hey, my work is paying for the whole shabang, so why not?
Caryl is about to start her 2nd semester of nursing school at SCCC as well. She's loving it (sarcasim intended). She has always said she wanted to do something in the medical field, and hopefully this will be her niche. The lecture and reading is the hardest part, but she really enjoys her clinicals.
Sophie is about to turn the big 2 this January! Too bad terrible 2's start at a year-and-a-half, and from what I hear, the don't stop until she's 18! She's great though. Very smart, cute as a button, and for the most part well behaved. She knows her manners, sometimes she chooses not to use them.
We just had our PC die a few weeks ago, so we spent a whoping $1400 on this new laptop. Its pretty cool though, and when we go on vacation in May, it will be a nice dvd player for the trip.
